The pictures posted here were taken during 12 days of walking on the Camino del Santiago in South West France/Northern Spain in Sept 2008. We did not walk the full 500 miles but covered most of the first 16 stages. These pictures hopefully give a flavor of the "pilgrimmage". The more rugged scenes concern walks in the Picos de Europe, about 50 miles off the Camino. We hope to return and complete the journey next year.
